Class #16 – Piggyback Whirls | CLASS FULL

This is the first of the Piggyback Series and is woven on an Amish crafted oval base. As students weave, they will be working on shaping, 3 and 4 rod wale, inserting overlays, stack-weaving, and making the “whirls”. A specially designed leather handle, also Amish made, will add a unique touch to the basket. Color choices are: denim/granny smith green, black/raspberry, or hyacinth/turquoise. Spokes will be inserted into base and weaver-ready for class.
