This basket is made in willow and is based on the Polish Tatzca basket. It is useful on a table to hold bread. Six groups of rods are woven into a hexagon and then the rods are curved around and woven. A contrasting outer rod is provided for interesting design. Full color instructions and diagrams are provided. It is a fun basket to weave!

Sharp pruning shears, sharp knife, old large bath towels to cover a length of 6’, ruler, bodkin or awl, rapping iron or spoke weight, some rubber bands, clothespins, zip ties, spray bottle. Optional: apron, notebook
