Class #15 – Theme and Variation

This basket features a 3-3 twill base, and it is continuously woven in a twill up the sides in dyed Hamburg cane. Students may opt to do a zigazg or not. The rim is wrapped on the outside and woven with a pattern that students may choose. The instructions include several different graphs for the rim design. The rim has a lot of weaving, however it is repeating, so students should be able to finish it on their own. The instructor will bring kits in several colors.
