Class #27 – English Square Shopper – Two Days – 2 SPOTS LEFT
Come and weave this classic English shopping basket with “soft” shoulders! A rectangular base will be woven in a provided screwblock. Selection of stakes and their insertion into the base will be taught. Bottom waling will be followed by the classic English slewing weave. Shaping and constant measuring will be discussed. Packing will be made on the long sides, followed by top waling. The unique English border will be taught. A wrapped handle completes the basket. You will enjoy using this basket!
