Class #49 – Nettia

Nettia is all about drama. The basket begins with a 5” acrylic bloom base in shades of purple and blue. The #4 round reed spokes will be secured with #2 twining and #3 4-rod wale. The sides capture the attention with “ribbon spokes” that also play an important role in the creation of the “Circle” border. Traditional wicker weaving methods will be used in somewhat different ways to create this memorable basket.
