Class #52 – Turkey Track’n Bushel – 3 SPOTS LEFT

The Basket starts out on a round wood base with spokes glued in and weaver-ready. Methods of weaving that you will be using are the following: regular twine, triple twine, turkey track’n and regular weave. You will also be working on shaping the basket into a kettle shape. Sturdy leather rolled handles are added at the rim along with 1/4″ dyed overlays both inside and out.

Tools needed

scissors, packing tool, small needle nose pliers, measuring tape, clothes pins, spray bottle, shaving tool and board, small 2-3” square sand paper and sponge.
