Class #24 – Storage Savvy
This handy storage basket will find lots of uses in your home. It may be woven in ½” flat reed in over/under weave or in 1/4” flat oval with a twill. The basket features overlays on the side spokes and an optional decorative band on the sides, include O/U weaving and three rod wale. Three rod wale and step-ups will be reviewed. Emphasis will be on shaping the basket. Students need to choose side weavers in 1/4″ flat oval or 1/2 inch flat reed.

Tools needed
Usual basket tools including A SPOKE WEIGHT, small & large clips, packers, needle nose pliers, angle cutters, scissors, scrapers, cutting board, measuring tape, electrical ties, spray bottle, and any other tools the student may find helpful.
