Class #4 – Rolling Waves
Rolling Waves is a willow basket with a round base and sloping sides and features two opposite higher sides with a rope border. Hence, the basket appears to have a rolling waveform. The base is woven in pairing weave on a 3 by 3 slath. Double staking up is followed by waling, French randing siding, and top waling. The border is a rope border with two higher sides.
