Class #46 – Adornments

The main objective is to cover a plastic ring with thread using the double buttonhole stitch and add three rows of pine needle coils to make an adornment. Mastering the buttonhole stitch is useful if weavers want to make a dreamcatcher, bracelet, or base with Teneriffe weaving. Participants will be given the options of thread color, beads, and other embellishments to add to their adornment. Sufficient time will be provided to complete one adornment in class, and materials for a second to be completed independently will be included in the kit.
